You’ll be able to see each of these questions and how we resolve them for you in real time. But your team won’t have to spend time on them (other than perhaps reminding patients who might contact you directly to sign into their GT Smiles platform accounts to get the issue resolved).

If it’s a medical question, GT Smiles highlights it for your attention and directs the patient to contact you. You can respond through the platform or contact the patient directly to help resolve it.

Hardware Infrastructure

The GT Smiles platform is built on Microsoft Azure’s secure cloud infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications.

Software

Our platform software is subjected to third-party penetration testing to help identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities. And it uses careful data policies to limit access to sensitive data (such as patient protected health information, or PHI) to accounts that actually need access to that data (e.g. your individual dentist account).

Team

GT Smiles is independently and continually monitored by a third-party monitoring company for ongoing HIPAA complaince (it’s why our HIPAA compliance badge has a frequently updated date on it). This monitoring applies to individual GT Smiles team members and to GT Smiles as an organization.
