GT FLEX ® GREEN is currently available in the form of finished devices (i.e., as a dental laboratory service), not as a raw material for in-house production.

It’s possible that GT FLEX ® GREEN may become available as a raw material in the future, but several factors make it better suited for centralized/specialized production, including:

  • Certain nuances in the thermoforming process when using GT FLEX ® GREEN vs. traditional plastic materials
  • For retainers, night guards, oral appliances, and the like, the fact that the products are designed to be delivered on a subscription basis. As part of its services, GT Smiles handles all of the scheduling and production/transaction logistics of subscription delivery for you.
  • For aligners, the fact that GT FLEX ® GREEN is developed for use as part of an integrated system, including a specific approach to treatment planning and specific aligner manufacturing protocols.

The GT Smiles platform is designed to give you a single, unified system for managing all of the GT FLEX ® GREEN product offerings in one.
